Although a capital project may seem untimely amid the full-scale war raging in Ukraine, we believe it is a timely call from the Lord to advance our mission of training and equipping new church and ministry leaders, who will help rebuild Ukraine after the War by reaching the unreached, lost, hurting and hopeless with the Gospel.
The new facility is also designed to serve as a rehabilitation center for war veterans, counseling center for war-traumatized Ukrainians, a place of fellowship for the neighboring community, and a hub for our relief ministry.
Through this capital campaign, which we embark on with great excitement and faith, we prepare to move boldly into the future, trusting in God to continue working through us for many generations to come.
Putting these critical improvements into effect will require a concerted effort. We believe in the UETS mission and want to offer you the opportunity to invest with us and join as a partner in this capital campaign.
The project is planned to be completed in stages, with the initial stages such as paperwork and replacement of old underground lines and other utility systems, having already been accomplished.

Building a basement to serve as a bomb shelter
Erecting walls, building a roof, installing windows
Installing electric wiring, plumbing, and doing interior works
